Before joining Second Alpha, Helena was an associate at J.P. Morgan in the Capital Advisory Group, where she worked across an expansive allocator base to execute hedge fund capital-raising strategies. She began her career at Folger Hill Asset Management as a research assistant across various portfolios including Tech, TMT, Consumer, Energy, Syndicate and Event-Driven. Helena later transitioned to Cowen, where she operated as an equity sales generalist.
